An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Recruitment Consultant to join the team at Challenge trg in Reading, Berkshire. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer a comprehensive range of transport and logistics resources to a nationwide leading retailer.


The Package

  • Starting Salary from £20,000 depending on experience

Introduction & Job Purpose  

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all client and candidate activities.

Ideally you will have experience in the recruitment industry and within the driving sector (although not essential)

Person Specification


  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent


  • Proven experience of working with clients and delivering on expectations
  • Substantial experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally in transport and logistics
  • The ability to effectively handle a busy and varied workload, meet tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
  • Good computer literacy with accurate data entry skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
